We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and expand the
Bulgarian market for our innovative medical product. This role is ideal for a sales professional with
experience in the medical field who is passionate about building long-term partnerships and
growing a high-potential market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a strong presence for our brand in
Bulgaria by working closely with doctors, clinics, and distributors, clearly communicating the value
and purpose of our product, and driving sustainable sales growth.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the Bulgarian market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and distributors
• Present, explain, and promote the product to medical professionals in a clear and
professional manner
• Identify new business opportunities and key partners
• Act as a trusted representative of the company and its values
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales
• Previous experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector
• Existing network of contacts with doctors, clinics, or distributors is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Client- and customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop product knowledge
• Persistent, proactive, and solution-focused attitude (“no” is not the final answer)
• Professional, confident, and reliable company representative
